Company Data File Setup

  • $125 – File Setup: Create a New Company File, Design the Chart of Accounts, and Select Preferences based on Consultation.
  • $50 – Customer, Vendor, Employee Setup: Provide Templates for Customer, Vendor and Employee Lists and then Import them into QuickBooks.
  • $25 -$50 – Item List Setup: Provide Templates for Item Lists and Import them into QuickBooks. (Setup Non-Inventory Clients for $25 and Inventory Clients for $50)
  • $100 – Customize Forms (5): Customize up to 5 forms with your company logo and design the forms to show the information you want to see on screen and what information you want printed for your Customer to see. Forms can include Estimates, Invoices, Sales Orders, Statements, Purchase Orders, etc. Additional forms can be created for $20 each.
