How does outsourced bookkeeping work?

Simply throw your invoices, deposit slips and bills on the fax. Once or twice a day hit the speed dial and your source documents end up on our secure servers as PDF files in our office. We then enter your transactions, reconcile your accounts and set your bills up for payment. Once completed, we then upload the file to your pc, giving you complete control of your files. It takes us about 3 to 5 days to get a handle on your business, but the entire process ramps up very quickly.

Having a back office accounting dept. - complete with all the technological advances - is expensive and time consuming. Resources are diverted that could be better used to pursue tactical and strategic objectives aimed at improving productivity and quality. Also, as a business owner your time is better served analyzing financial data, meeting with vendors, and talking with customers.

For Clients who have their own in-house bookkeeper:

Net Plus can review your books on a monthly basis, or any agreed upon interval. We will review or perform your bank reconciliations, tie out payroll to payroll reports, review postings of and aging of receivables and payables, review general ledger for correctness of postings and make journal entries as appropriate to correct and update your books. We can also make year-end journal entries and review your balance sheet, profit and loss statement, etc so that your books are ready to prepare annual tax returns.
