I took a QuickBooks class taught by Michael. (The theory is that I will learn to do the books myself–we’ll see.) He presented just the right combination of basic information and geeky insider tips–tailored to the businesses of the people in the class. And he handled really annoying “environmental issues” (computers and air conditioning not working) calmly, cheerfully and professionally–displaying the kind of even-tempered demeanor you want in whoever’s handling your books.
