Michael Castagnetti

Michael Castagnetti is the founder and President of Net Plus Consulting, an Accounting and IT Consulting firm in New York City. Michael’s specific focus is financial operations and inventory management systems. Michaels’s career experience includes Le Pain Quotidien, where he served in financial and operations management capacities for the international café chain as a Director. Prior to working at Le Pain Quotidien, Michael served as Retail and Restaurant Analyst at Tommy Bahama for several years and helped develop Financial Modeling & Forecasting for new store and real estate performance. During his tenure he oversaw sales tax compliance, lease term compliance, and negotiation of bank and merchant fees. In addition he served as Sr. Accountant at Dolce and Gabbana overseeing the day to day accounting operations. He completed his undergraduate studies at City University of New York, earning a Bachelors of Science in Accounting with a minor in Economics and Finance. Michael’s business philosophy is to apply sound technology to business principals. He feels strongly that every small business can be empowered to use technology to leverage their potential.
