We have two distinct options. After the Fact Bookkeeping Services and Real Time Bookkeeping Services. Our After the fact Bookkeeping services takes all of your monthly records and enters the transactions by by the 1st Friday of the following month.

The Real Time Bookkeeping Packages are for those companies who need greater detail and real time cash flow management. We will process your transactions on a weekly basis, providing you with real time reporting to manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable every Friday.

Most of our work can be done remotely, but we do offer onsite services for those who require it. Our servers are managed and secured by our technicians utilizing the latest technology and industry safeguards. We process backups hourly and daily to a remote storage facility.
